Didn't receive omicron materials after buying Aphra LSB

There are triple-omicron legendaries in the Journey Guide: Starkiller, Aphra, Grand Inquisitor, Bo-Katan, Jedi Cal, JJB, most recently Baylan Skoll. 

Upon completion the requirements to qualify for the event, there is some reward. Baylan only gives a title (cheapskate move, but alright) but previous legendaries awared 5 omicron materials. The Journey Guide replaces the icon of the reward with a tick mark to show the reward has been claimed. 

A while back there was a Lightspeed Bundle for Doctor Aphra, offering all her unlock requirement units at R5. I bought the bundle and unlocked Aphra. I never received the 5 omicron materials. 

I keep track of my omicron materials. At the time of the bundle purchase, I had 2 in the bank and it didn't go up to 7. I know this for a fact. The game also seems to know this because the tick mark isn't there. It's still showing the omicron material icon. 

I used the in-game UI to create a ticket with support. I have had no answer. Please see the linked video. It's short (95 seconds). I only uploaded it today, but the video was recorded on Dec 16th 2024. I think two months is long enough of a wait. 

I want my omicrons.
