DS Rey endless no damage attack in Conquest

Hi there, I have now used up 200 crystals on forfeits from this issue.  When you use the data disc that gives you use of the R9 DS rey - as soon as she attacks, is summoned or given jedi training from hoda, she keeps attacking. The attacks never do any damage they also never stop and the cpu opp doesn't take any damage and only gets stronger.

I've now forfeited 12 times on the Cena Juna boss node on Hard, I'm stuck on 27 points, can't move forward and can't remove the data disc. Even if I attempt to not use DS rey she eventually gets into the attack and then once she starts, she won't stop. I let it go three times and she attacked for 5 mins nonstop (the event is 10mins).

I'd like to understand if this is a bug and how I can go about progressing, by either somehow being shown how to remove the data disc that activates her (I don't believe you can) and get a refund for the crystals wasted on energy.
