EA Help Chat = NOT Helpful

Last Sunday, I experienced a recent purchase issue on the PC app wherein money was taken from my account but the transaction history says Failed (3x). I raised the issue with EA Help right away and sent the relevant screenshots. It's now Tuesday. I've spoken to 6 different users, namely User17002522819573555693, Himanshu, Sunita, Jackleen, User17186635144816804519 and Chaudhary. I have repeated myself over and over describing the issue and have sent several copies of the screenshots ad nauseam and the issue is still not resolved. I'm not asking for my money back, I just want the crystals.

Hope this reaches someone who can actually close this issue as this has been very, very frustrating.

    I feel your pain. I'm having to explain the difference between making a purchase and getting what I purchased versus making a purchase and expecting to get the loyalty rewards points. I've shown screen shots. I've described everything in full detail. And yet, when I get someone new... it's like I have to start all over again only for them to give me some run around answer that's different than the one before.
