EA Webstore Connect Button Does Not Show Up In Game

I am a new player and the webstore connect button in game does not show up. I can't connect my account to the webstore now. I've been told its because of a bug that flags accounts for not being 18+ even if the inputted birthday makes that account owner 18+. I would very much like this resolved so I can connect my account and have access to the webstore.
