Episode 1 quest 1 wrongly reported as undone

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Episode Quest « Complete Tier 2 of the Huyang Marquee Event » reported as undone, while it is finished.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do not open quests. Go to Events instead and do the first two Huyang marquee events. Go to Quest. The 1st chapter’s first quest is reported as undone.

    Hello, no but I started the event, by chance, exactly at 8PM, before the quest appeared. Regards.

    Hello, I tried yesterday when the marquee event reset (8PM GMT+1). Unfortunately I do not have the quest achievement yet.
