Episode Pass not activating in game

I've bought the episode pass in the webstore.  I got the receipt, It shows as active in the webstore, offering me to upgrade to the pass plus.

Yet i go in game, and no episode pass is available.

In game, if i click the activate button, and select the regular epside pass, i get this error

Purchase Failed
Failed to Purchase Item or Reached Daily Purchase Limit

This needs to be resolved before tomorrow's event reset, or i'm going to lose out on the rewards that i've paid for (via the shards and marquee event).

    I did more digging, and I definitely have the e-mail confirmation of the order from EA, as well as being able to see the purchase in my EA account history on the EA web portal.  I've tried both the mobile and PC clients with neither of them thinking i've got it.  However, if i click "Activate" and then the price, it errors saying "Purchase Failed or Daily Purchase Limit Exceeded" (or something like that)

     

  • I’m having the same issue with the Episode Pass. 

    Im trying to collect my shards from the reward tier but it’s saying my pass isn’t active. 

    I’ve restarted the game several times no luck

  • Glad to see I’m not the only one with this issue, bought it over two hours ago and it’s still not activated. I’ve closed and reopened multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing! Really starting to **bleep** me off.

  • I am experiencing the same issue with the GroGu & Anzellans Bundle I. I purchased the bundle, but I did not receive any of the items.

    After completing the payment, I receive a message confirming that the purchase was successful. However, when I try to leave the screen by clicking "Continue", nothing happens. The only option is to close the window.

    The payment has been successfully charged to my bank account, but the purchased items have not been delivered to my account. My Ally code: 769-531-957

    I think there's been a major general problem for the past few weeks with the PC application (macOS???) affecting items also sold in the online store: LSB, etc.

    Regarding my purchase of the "VANGUARD LIGHTSPEED RESISTANCE": during the first sales period in the online store (June 22nd to 27th), I couldn't buy it; the application couldn't display the payment selection page.

    The same thing happened at the beginning of the second sales period, which was shared between the website and the application (June 25th to 30th) with the following message: "You are currently purchasing this item, ..." !

    However, right after the end of the first sales period on June 28th, it worked in the PC application as if by magic!

    And here I am, experiencing the same issue where the payment options page for the current Grogu simple "Episode Pass" isn't displaying...

    It's not that I don't want to pay without the PC discount for your products, but you (CG) are surely losing sales and players because of a stupid setting or a bug in your sales module.

    I don't know if your accountant and/or president would be happy to learn about this lost revenue, but you need to fix this very, very quickly before the teams suffer...

    If other players can share their experiences, the feedback would be even better.
