Error code: 9.0

I was able to login and play on my phone 10/23 in the morning. But since around noon every time I try to login it says. On WiFi or my provider. I’ve offloaded the app and it still has the code but loads up to my Game Center. I’ve also tried on multiple devices and that code comes up no matter what. Anyone have any suggestions?
