Executor event bugged
I currently am at 50/100 for 7 star executor. I’m unable to continue doing refreshes. The event said I completed and can’t do anymore refreshes. I guess I would have to contact CG for this?

It's not bugged. There's always been a maximum number of 19 refreshes per run of the event.
You'll need to wait until next month or top up your shards with the crystal packs in the store.
Unfortunately there are no crystal packs right now.
