In my executor blueprint battle, after I destroyed the last real ship and the summoned vulture droids fled, either while this was executing or immediately afterward Malevolence still took its turn and summoned a new reinforcement. Every time previously once the "is there a non-summoned ship alive" check happens and the summoned vulture droids flee, this results in the battle ending. It's not too big of a deal, as I still won, but I could imagine this happening during tw or ga resulting in a timeout or loss and lost banners.
