Fleet masteries

I have 330 shards for all the capital ships and it still showing me Raddus (Holdo) and Finalizer in the solo event tab and it resets everyday. I can’t play the bonus tiers but its very annoying see...

Not being able to access the bonus tier is WAI. Anyone who has Finalizer, Raddus, Endurance, Executrix, Home One at max stars/shards no longer has access to the event/tier. Still having those two events show up once you have the ship maxed is apparently a bug since none of the other events show up. Nor is there any point honestly in their showing up if you can't access them or get any rewards. I agree with you, it is annoying having those events and Marquee reruns appear and take up space in the events screen.
