It happens to me frequently. I've submitted multiple tickets for exactly the same thing you explained. First, they told me it didn't happen and that it's never happened to anyone else. After response after response telling me to restart my device - which I'm sure they will tell you as well, (***Spoiler Alert***, it doesnt work) they basically said its my problem and they will not be taking any action to fix it.
