Game account unlinked from EA account.

I accidentally unlinked my game account from my EA account. I lost access to the game account on the device but i do have the username, ally code and game ID plus receipts for in game purchases. 

I want to know if its possible for EA to link the game account back to my EA account as i heard from someone in my discord they had the same issue and after pestering and bugging EA they eventually done it. I have been in contact with EA chats, emails and such and either my case keeps getting closed, i’m ignored or they keep misunderstanding the problems and then don’t seem to bother going any further to help me. 

At this point it’s starting to become really bothersome and feels like EA help doesn’t want to help.
