I just updated Swgoh and everytime I log into the app, it shows the loading screen with the blue background and light blue spinny thing in the middle. Once it finishes, it crashes and takes me out of the app. I have obviously tried restarting numerous things. How can I fix this? I just missed out on bonus energy because of this. Please get this fixed soon!
Worked for me one time. After going out of the game it is back to crashing every time.

Characters and so forth - no. I signed into the my account and everything was there.
Settings were reset. Which level (9B Normal Light side) I last battled. The battle speed setting was at 1 instead of 4 which I prefer. And so I had to set those again. Minor annoyance compared to not being able to play.
The game still crashes more often than it used to. But it is playable.
Note if anyone from EA or Capital Games is paying attention it crashes most often at the store, which I go to quite often to try and collect my freebies during each day. It still does crash at other places too. And wat more often than it used to. But with uninstalling and reinstalling the game is playable again. And with signing into my account I lost only a few preferred settings which are fairly easy to reset.
Wow. That sucks. For me the game crashes more often than it used to, but with the reinstall the game is playable. Had to reset some setting preferences. Hope everything gets fixed for you quickly.
I updated the game from the App Store yesterday. Logged in, as soon as I went to collect the free pack, it crashed. Logged back in, anything in the store I tried to collect made the game crash.

in all honesty, I’m about done with this game. Think I’m going to submit for a refund of purchases I recently made and just throw this game in the trash.
Yeah , that sucks. Mine isn’t crashing that often anymore. That is completely frustrating. I hope things get fixed for everyone quickly. I wish I had another suggestion for you.
