GAME FREEZING AFTER TW/GA/ARENA WIN BUT DOESN'T COUNT

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Galaxy Note 9

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug Your game freezing after winning TW battles. This happens all too often in GA, TW, Arena Costing people time and money.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play your game for once?

i wanted to make sure this got to the appropriate people as I've reported this multiple times over and over again and nothing is ever done about the issue. Please see attached for the feedback that was supposed to be given to your developers.

  • Hi @NeeganHD and thanks for the feedback. There are multiple reports of crashes, and the QA team can check specific accounts and log these issues. Specific feedback on the game that you would like to direct to the developers belongs on the regular game forums, however.

    Since you provided it in "picture form" instead of in text to bypass language filters, I am deleting the picture. Feel free to provide your feedback on the regular forums.

    Update:  Each time the game is updated, the code changes and can provide instability.  Right now there seems to be an issue with users on older devices, and the team has been notified many times and is aware.  To say that they "do nothing" is incorrect.  There are many patch notes involving stability and crash-fixes over the years.

    I have reported this same issue multiple time myself. Still no fix except to tell me to force stop my app and clear cache. That's not a fix, that's EA and CG being lazy. Happened again today 2. My 2 best teams, both were wins and neither one counted. Also lost my teams to try again. Guild lost the points. Stop making excuses and fix the issues causing this problem. Also how about resetting the teams lost or giving us the wins. This happens to at least 2 people every GA/TW/TB in my guild.

    If that's your example of a fix, then you are highly mistaken. You can say you've made all sorts of patch notes, but until results are reached then it's nothing other than you "saying you made a fix".

    I am honestly flabbergasted at the lack of professional support for this game. To say I am thoroughly disappointed is a very high understatement. It's like you are trying to drive away your paying customers for no other reason than you don't want to do work.
