Game not loading

My game has not gone past the loading screen since yesterday. There’s no update available nor did deleting the app and reinstalling work. I have an iPhone and I was wondering if anyone had this problem and how to fix it? Please! (Works fine on iPad just not on iPhone)

    Same here. Zero access to the app. Already reinstalled and still won’t get past loading screen

    By the way, the “lockout” from the game occurred right after I claimed coaxium from the webstore.
