    This is now resolved on Android 13 as of 13/09 title update.

@Trouserdeagle Just got the Android 13 update two nights ago on my Pixel 6 and this was the first thing I noticed. At first I thought it was bug, but notice multiple apps had adopted this new resolution.

I hate it EA! Please use the whole screen again!
