Game Unplayable in Brazil

And more than one week later, CG don't even tried to explain or to announce any repairings to this. All my game strategy (and also a significant amount of my money) went down the drain when I can't get the KX to 5 stars, nor update the last of my era characters to level 75. It's absolutely frustrating, and even if they repair the problem in the near future, it already caused a huge damage to all brazilian players, and I doubt we'll have any compensation (and becomes hard to believe in the repairs itself). Meanwhile we keep being ignored by CG, not even any statement so far. It's very, very frustrating.
