GAS LSB Purchase Not Received

Question

I purchased the GAS LSB via the online web store and never received the included content instead receiving some crystals with an error message.

I have since purchased the Finalizer LSB via the game app and this worked perfectly fine.

EA Support keep advising they are working on a solution, any ideas?
