Gift Shop Missing?

Hello! 
Just wanted to find out if there was a announcement or update published somewhere that I cannot find about the Gift Shop being removed? 
I cannot see the Gift shop tab on my PC version or my Mobile Version. 
But I could see it before, cause I seen the Lightspeed Revan bundle and wished I could gift it to myself. Only now there is no Gift shop anymore. 
Is that happening for everyone or is there something going on with mine that needs an update?
