Glitches in TW
- So. I choose my team to face... normally the easiest win ever right. Naw... not this time. Not sure what happened here. I'm sure I'll be told it's a wifi or connections issue as always. Ima go with no since I've been playing forever and this has never happened ever. SEE just keeps coming back to life. I assume due to Sidious Omicron. No biggie.
- The game freezing while he is mid lightening when I can easily scald him, me losing the battle, Noone dies, I get no buttons to try to submit, I lose a squad, and I don't get jack. Then my guild suffers, that's an issue to me.
- Support closing my tickets before I answer when the notifications don't work is also an issue for me.
- There is no way in possible reality where any of that is fair. Nor is it ok when we... most of us that play, actually spend money on the game. It's fraudulent business practices. It's also just down right rude.
- I need some kind of actual accountability thrown my way.
- Perhaps make sure the updates work before actually deploying them into the game? Or just overall being good to your paying customers.
- I'd quit, but I've sacrificed far too much time and money; plus 40+ people rely on me there as well. You know, mutual kindness and respect? Instead of acting infallible 24/7 and not compensating us when we get shafted.
- The matchmaking system is flawed as is, so us getting railed by glitches is totally not ok. As usual I'm probably wasting my time here as well...
