Grand inquisitor event crashes at tier 4 seconds after getting to second wave

I had same issue - disable the sound in the in game options - this will stop it crashing at T4
This workaround fixed the issue with crashing.
This worked for me as well and I was able to complete the journey with the sound turned off.
