H. Pit autolaunched then said I canceled the raid.

Summarize your bug Heroic Pit raid set to auto launch, which it did and then said I canceled the raid.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know

Heroic Pit raid set to auto launch, which it did. After joining the raid a message appeared in chat stating that I canceled the raid wasting my guild's raid tokens. At the time I was not even on the raid screen to have accidentally canceled the raid.

    Hi, thanks for the report!

    Please reach out to SWGOH Customer Support and let them know that you had an accidental raid cancellation. Have all your information (ally code, guild, date/time of the raid launch, etc). In some situations they can verify the info and then reimburse your guild the amount of lost guild tokens.

    Be aware that since Bluestacks isn't an officially supported software, it *could* have contributed to the issue.

    This is the reason I made this post.  Is there another avenue to contact SWGOH Customer support since this is where everything seems to link to?

    I found a chat option last night and it was not helpful at all. This issue requires contact with the team at Capitol Games and there appears to be no method to contact them directly. I was directed back to this forum to make my report here and just wait to see if I get a response...

    They may not have been available, especially given the holidays. Try again today and you may have better luck.

    This forum is for collecting information about bugs so they can be flagged for eventual fixes, and doesn't deal with compensating players for things like accidentally canceled raids or accidental in-game purchases. That is all handled through Customer Support.

    I will just PM one of them on the official forum then to try and get this resolved since EA support is clunky and difficult to use. Thank you for the information though.

    I hope this is not the normal for EA/CG support but I have received no reply or help resolving this issue via this forum, direct message on official SWGOH forum, or the support chat feature. If it is shame on you EA/CG, you are alienating loyal players for no reason at all.

    This forum and the “regular” forum do not do customer support. You should call or use the chat function on the link that I provided above for customer support assistance.

    I’m not sure how they are staffed for weekend, but worst case is they aren’t available and you try again later.
