Help! Account stolen!
Hello,
A former guild mate just made me aware that someone has been using my account while I was away from the game the last 2-3 months. They found out from a post on the forums here. I tried accessing the account but the EA Connect was changed and I have switched phones so the old device is inaccessible. I have proof of ownership and the player ID attached below. I also have numerous screenshots over the years I’ve had it, receipts from purchases in the account, and the emails and names previously associated with the account. Can someone help me recover this? I don’t want someone else having my account and I want to return to the game one day.

Please follow this guide to start resecuring your EA and Mobile accounts.
Then, try to recover the Game progress on your new device by linking the mobile account again.
If you still notice any missing content afterward, contact our support team directly from within the game to let them know.
