Help/Assist please?

Hi all,
I've been seeing this issue over the last few days (both on IOS and windowsPC) and have reached out to the in game help/chat but there doesnt seem to be any answer or reply (no over 48 hours)

I've lost energy and battles because of this. Im also not purchasing anything.
Anyone had a similar issue?
