Hermit Yoda no Escaping in P1 HSR

Summarize your bug In phase 1 of the Sith raid my Hermit Yoda is no escaping like he should. This has happened to me multiple times and I've asked experienced players about this issue and none of them can understand it. Here is an example... I just had BB8 and Hermit Yoda left in the raid. Each had a turn before DN. I used BB8's special and used Yoda's special which game BB8 the special buff. It also gave Hoda stealth (he also had foresight from a previous turn). DN attacks BB8 and kills him in one attack. Hoda should have escaped the battle at that moment but he did not. Instead DN attacked Hoda and killed him. Now I understand this might have been because DN technically gets two turns, but it still does not explain how he was able to hit Yoda while he was under stealth (100% evasion), plus through foresight. Am I missing something?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to replicate the same situation I just described. This has happened to me twice in phase 1 on the Sith raid. I have not had a problem with Hermit Yoda not escaping anywhere else.
