I am not receiving Naboo raid rewards anymore

I didn't receive 2nd (14,5M) chest from my previous guild raid. And now in the new guild I am not receiving personal raid rewards from the beginning and even these which I didn't reach yet are displayed as claimed. Attaching screenshot showing the defect.

    Fresh reinstall didn't help at all. That's a backend problem affecting my account. Please do the needful.
