It's been impossible to play on Mobile Data for 4 weeks (but it works on wifi)

Summarize your bug When I want to connect to the Starwars heroes of the galaxy game, I can't connect and the game tells me I have a connection problem if I am using mobile data from my ISP (Orange, biggest ISP in France). If I connect on wifi it works, but it's a big problem not being to play on the go, in public transportation going to work for instance.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to access SWGOH on a cellphone using mobile data only with some ISP at least in France.

We have zero information on this bug, but a lot of people have been unable to access the game on mobile data for over 4 weeks now.

It has been reported multiple times, by myself and other players, but you guys merged our bug with the overheating bug thinking it was one and the same when it's not. We don't even know if the team understand there is a bug here. It was working fine until the death trooper peridea update on our mobile data.

Somehow the code changed with the death trooper peridea update making it impossible for some player to access the game while using mobile data.
