I've bought a package but didn't receive it

How can I get some help around with package I've purchased but didn't get it?
I've opened two in-game chats already after my purchase around 5 DAYS AGO on April 8th. And im going back and forth answering the same questions and then 3 days of silence.
I've already provided proof of purchase (email confirmation) and my bank statement that it's been paid.
Solving time is ridiculous since this has been Appo package to help me with those dailies. And since I didn't get his shard it feels like I've been robbed of my 30$. Can someone please help me end-to-end?
This game chat is ridiculous since for example I don't have access to the devices which I use in work so I have no idea if someone's answering there. No one is answering on my mobile since 3 or 4 days.
I will be happy to provide all the details through some emails or private messages or whatsoever.
If that's not the place to report such let me know escalation path since no one answering in game
