Jawa LightSpeed Bundle Error. Didn’t receive what I paid for.

Hi. I bought both Tuskens & Jawa LightSpeed bundles. Everything okay with the Tuskens one, but I purchased the Jawa one & didn’t receive my Jawas just a few crystals along with an error message. Already tried in game help but it’s useless.
