JKR LSB Purchase Failed And Not Showing Anymore

Been trying to work with the help desk on this issue to no avail. They've told me to wait until the next update - which they do not have an ECD for and by which point, I am sure the LSB will be unavailable.

Anyway. I went to purchase the JKR LSB through the webstore. The purchase was confirmed but later turned out the transaction itself failed. I was not charged and I did not receive any characters either.

The problem is, both in-game and the webstore believe that I made the purchase and therefore it's no longer available.

Anyone have any better ideas than the "kick the can down the road" advice from the help desk.
