JTR Lightspeed Bundle Bought but not received

I purchased the JTR LSB from the PC Client but received crystals instead.  Ally code 792613439 Order number 1005518743767 Thanks for the help

I also purchased the JTR LSB and got. . . something, but didn't get a relic JTR. She's still at gear 8.
