Last upgrade is clearly have performance issues

My game is bugging and stop working for 4-5 seconds after every turn in battles since the new upgrade. İt made me lose battles in GAC(and probably will cost me this round). Clearly this upgrade is not working well. Nearly in every game mod game stop working constantly. There were no problems like this before last patch.
