Leviathan 1250 crystal pack is not appearing in Store!

I am having the same issue. Unlocked the leviathan earlier today, but the packs never appeared. I figured the would appear once I completed the sims, but still nothing

I assume you rebooted the game after unlocking the ship as well? Sometimes the store needs to refresh
I have restarted the game several times. After the unlock.

Hey hi EA_Gunner do you know if the studio has a solution before EOD? Or even if they will see about individual assistance for the missing data pack?
Just trying to see about getting the shards before EOD when the event ends and not sure if there are other troubleshooting methods.Thanks for any help or feedback!
I have tried all possible ways to find the pack. It's not in the store and I can't find it via the Leviathan Shard search or the event either.
I just unlocked the Leviathan today. My guild mates can also see the pack. But they have already unlocked the Leviathan on a different date.
It doesn't show any pack. I have tried.
What is the find flow? I am trying to check and it hasn't shown up anywhere.
