Lightspeed bundle purchased - Crystals received

I just purchased the Sith Eternal Emperror 1 Lightspeed Bundle on the webstore, however I received only Crystals in my Inbox (around 3562).

Since the date of purchase (03-01-2025) I was trying via EA Help in chat and email but it has not been resolved so far

Is there a way to receive the adquired bundle?
