LSB Issue

Hi, I am having 2 issues with the LSB.

1. I purchased the tuskens LSB and got charged 2 times in the same transaction for the same bundle, once I got the characters and the 2nd I got 2K crystals .
2. I tried to buy the Princess LSB on Saturday AM before the expiration of the bundle, but couldn't see it in the store, even though I don't have Knessa.
