Malgus LSB ISSUE!

i purchased the dark malgus LSB from the webstore to get the add benifits of the points, after purchasing i logged back in and for some reason there was an issue and instead of getting malgus i got crystals, i really think this is un acceptable. if i wanted crystals i woulkd of just got the crystals lol. is there any way for me to get malgus without purchasing agian? hes like one of my fav sith lords and ive been waiting for this for a while.
