EA QV TeamWe have now brought this to the attention of the team for further investigation.
So its been a little over a month an there was still no resolution to this problem, so i solidify the reality that there wont be any fixes to this issue.
- EA_Gunner@Huiutulueur You were too close to 7* the character. This is the reason why you did not receive the message. The responsible team is working on a different message at the moment. But they did not share any timeframe with me.
So what do I have to do to get the reward for the Ahsoka Tano Fulcrum event? As I said, I have completed it over and over, yet it will not give me the shards for that character
And I am nowhere near the minimum shards for that event, so that's not the problem. Is there going to be a fix for this problem?
