Missing 6-dot Mods after character unequip/transfer

Bro ive seen your post 3 times on the forums already. In one somebody even told you to try talking to support in game, but even after that youve posted 2 more as if something will change. One post was like 10 min ago and the other 6. I think youll just have to take it as a loss or try to contact support through the website since there is nothing other players can do and reaching support like the other user said would be easier and faster in game.
