Missing Appo DC

Dear all,

I have a question I am trying to help a friend of mine finding a solution for a missing Appo DC. He 7* Appo on the last day of the event 25/04/14 and ran the last two Tiers but never gotten the Appo DC.

Now the ingame ticket system isn't as quite helpful as he hoped so I am reaching out here and hoping there is a way to reach out to someone senior who could maybe help?
