Missing Darth Revan LSB

I bought the Darth Revan LSB on February the 5th. I also have the recepites etc..

I already opened around 5-6 cases, but no one could help.

I got charged the € 11,99 but i got no ingame rewards. Is there a possibility to add those chars manually?
