Missing Inquisitor LSB – Obtained Crystals Instead

Hi there,

I just purchased the Inquisitors LSB – see the screenshot of my receipt below, which includes the Order No.

However, upon entering the game, I found I was credited 7,370 crystals instead of the Inquisitors. This is absolutely not what I wanted when I made the purchase, at all.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance to rectify this situation as soon as possible. My ally code is: 935-839-336. Do let me know if I need to provide any further information.
