Missing Darth Revan LSB

Hello,

On the 29/12 I bought the darth revan LSB and hyperdrive bundle but only got the hyperdrive bundle, in my game messages it said that i had succesfully bought the darth revan bundle and i got crystals but i didnt get the characters i bought, then there was a second message saying that there was a bug and also gave me gems. having gems is nice but i want what I paid for, but gems wont replace the bundle.I even checked my emails and it said that i have been charged(same in my EA purchase history), I also have the receipt in case.

I get that its the holiday season and that it could take some time before you get what you bought, and I hope everyone who is in a similar situation can get what they bought as quick as possible.
