Missing Endurance rewards after beating Tier 3

About a week ago I beat Tier 3 of the Endurance fleet challenge, as fight was ending the game gave me an error message so I had to close out and reopen. It then showed the battle as completed but never received the 30 shards reward to make it 4 stars. 
Messaged the in game help center and they were useless, even with screen shots showing the battle compete and ship stuck at 3 stars. 

Sucks that I’m stuck with a 3 star ship and can’t upgrade it farther. Anyway to fix this?
