Missing Kessel Run Rewards

Trying to find out what is going on with Kessel Run rewards not showing up in my inbox. I am missing the first two crystal rewards and a zeta mat. 

Would really appreciate a quick response on this. I found other posts, but did not find a clear answer. I might have missed it. Either way, the answer for this CG acknowledged problem should be easy to find.
