I am having a similar issue with their support. Mine is regards to a purchase I made on the 19th and 20th. Both purchases were $49.99 packs for crystals. I recieved only one set of crystals. I have tried in game support and the online chat. There is definetly a language issue. I have 6 reponses from the in game support all with the same canned response "Please follow the link and upload proof". I have done this several times. The latest response I got this morning says that they are closing the case because they show only records of the 20th purchase and not the 19th. So from their point of view, they can't see the purchase I made on the 19th even though I uploaded proof of the purchase. The online web chat people tell me that they are only front line people and all they can do is add notes to my case.
