Missing Rancor Raid Gear Reward

Summarize your bug Yesterday, I didn't receive the gear rewards from my guild's Rancor raid. I earned 6th place, and I accepted the reward from my inbox. I did receive the Han shards, credits, and guild store currency, but the gear rewards didn't show up in my account. Fortunately, I took a screen shot of the rewards (below) because I was particularly happy with what had dropped. Unfortunately, the fully formed Mk 3 Carbanti and Mk 5 Furnace never showed up in my inventory. This is the first time I've noticed something like this happening, but I quite sure it happened because I'm very aware of my gear inventory for those two items in particular.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure

    Spoke with EA support on the phone yesterday, and they confirmed that I did not receive the correct rewards for this raid. They said they were unable to directly fix this issue for me, and directed me here (among other possible fixes). Again, any help would be appreciated. Getting the correct rewards should be a simple fix.

    Thanks for the reply. Your PM confirmed exactly what I learned from EA Help yesterday, but still hasn't addressed the fact that I don't have the rewards that were promised for participating in the raid. When can I expect the correct rewards to appear in my account?

    After spending a total of probably 2.5 hours on the phone, I finally got someone at EA customer support to help me resolve this. Not with the gear, but with crystals to allow me to purchase it.

    I have had the same issue with Rancor raid rewards yesterday and I contacted support but they only offered me 500 crystals which is unacceptable since I'm missing 40 Mk 5 Droid Callers. Why can't they simply give us gear, would make sense to allow them access to this functionality...

    EDIT: My ally code is 924-698-129 and I'd really appreciate it if anyone could take a look. Thanks!
