Missing resources

So I just recently beat the last tier of the SLKR mission to get the 10th resource to unlock his ultimate. However upon completion the game crashed and did not give me the reward. The quest appears now as complete so I have 9/10 resources for his ultimate with no way to get the 10th please help! My ally code is 683969625
