Missing rewards for Chewbacca event

Please take a screenshot/write down of your Player ID for yourself and then try a uninstall/reinstall of the SWGOH app. It may help the content appear.

@EA_Lanna Hi, I have wrote to them and got answer that they don’t manage such issues. They said “we manage only payment, refunds and similar questions”. No one can help me... I am really pissed off already of that support.

I understand now after re-reading your opening post. This is my error, I misunderstood this to be for a current event.

The support agent would be correct, my apologies. If the event is from 2018, the support advisors would not be able to access any content from their tool to release for you. Equally, the studio would not be able to roll back an event for your specific account either.

Unfortunately, no. I would have suggested double-checking with support just in case but you've mentioned they've already confirmed they are unable to help with that. I'm sorry, I know you were hoping to hear better news.

@Neferum103 I've a quick look are your roster, and you don't have any Bounty Hunters capable of completing the Chewbacca event. Is it "Chewbacca" you mean or one of the other variants?

The Legendary Event for Chewbacca is permanently available through the Journey Guide, found under the green "Objectives" button.
