Missing rewards from Supreme Leader Kylo Ren Event

Hello, I just beat the last tier of kylos galactic legend event to get the final shard for the his ultimate. However I only received 9 upgrade materials. I believe this is because my game crashed during one of my attempts. 

is there anyway I can get the missing upgrade material so I can unlock his ultimate without being permanently missing an ultimate ability from one of my galactic legends?
