Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like you're having trouble reaching an advisor. What is happening when you open a case? That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.
The problem is that when Im contacted in game they said cannot help and use the "contact us" but when Im contacted through "contact us" they asked me to go via ingame directly, the answers always ending the same and then my ticket get closed immediately (they never asked for proof of ownership or anything), everytime they replied, they replied with a different support agent and they keep asking the same question that I already answered before. I've been battling this situation for more than a year and now I feel hopeless, why can't they just revoke the hacker access like ip address or something, I'm really confused.
I attached a screenshot to proof that they will never ever can help, contacted through swgoh ingame yesterday, for whatever reason they replied with a representative from EA SPORTS FC Mobile, how?
Doesn't matter, they said they weren't able to help because the problem wasn't on ea side but rather onn the game side then the ticket has been closed. There must be a way to revoke hacker access or maybe logout all devices from my account right? I mean why is it so hard to even do that.
